Okay so I got to looking at some of the title screens in here and thought I'd try my hand. I made some title screens and was hoping to get som feedback to improve them. I really appreciate the input



this one I didn't make the moon in the corner, but I can't remember where I got it from



this one was a requested image. I made it with the exact layout he wanted. Seemed empty to me, though...



this was done from scratch (except the skeleton image lol) for another friend of mine. I think it turned out okay but I dunno...



this one was simply image manipulation and layout, I used graphics I ripped from an old console game from way back in the day ;)

1st game over is just decent!

They're quite good but I think you just need less contrast, especially in 3rd one. I'd replace the skeleton with something else.

they're all doing what they have to do, but they lack originality
they're just images with some text slapped onto it that has some (basic) layer styles added.

although the concept of a title screen is very un-original to begin with
so maybe you're just doomed ;D

anyway, try experimenting more with blending the text into the images
for example, the skeleton in the blood. If you'd changed that layer's blending mode to 'darken', or something like that, it would be blended into the blood, like you can see through it. That'd have added to the effect of it being a realistic thing.

i appreciate the effort, but there's plenty of room for improvements!
