An attempt at some brighter water. Not sure how well it's turned out.

Saturation is reeeaaaalllllyyy way too high there.
If you're gonna use Photoshop tricks, try playing with curves and up the brightness, SLIGHTLY increase contrast, and then up the vibrancy ... Instead of just increasing contrast & saturation.

I'm guessing it's a case of my computer looking different to everyone else's again? It looks fine on this one. I'll try testing on another monitor in future.
