The easiest way to explain this is to do an example. We'll go through the process of posting and linking to "What is a script?" (the second FAQ).

The first thing you need to do is answer the question. Edit the appropriate post in the FAQ explanations and insert your question and answer like this example:

Let me break that down for you. The [ name=Xn][ /name] tag is used to locate a certain area of a post. It's what allows us to link to a particular question. X is the letter of the post it's in (A here because it's the first one, but there's also B, C, D, and E) and n is the number of the question in that post (2 here because it's the second question in the first post). If you're adding a new FAQ, n would be the next value in that post (if the last one was A5, you'd use [ name=A6][ /name]). Make the question bold and add the "Return to top" section at the end.

Next you need to add the FAQ to the list in the post below this one. Add your title like in this example:

Add the [ /list] and [ /size] as appropriate.
