I can tell you have reallly great mapping skills and i love tori!
One question though i've searched everywhere but can't seem to finds she-who-must-not-be named's sunlight photoshop tutorial do you mind telling me where.

He just mixed together some of the RTP tilesets.

Er...Everything from that screenshot is from merged RTP tilesets, except for a few things. (such as the large tree)

No Europhony made the Willow Tree Town Tilset I just can't find it... He must of modded it :S

I believe what he's trying to say is that Euphony made the 'tree house' and willow trees(or rather just removed the stones from the base) so STAP ARGUINS

also Scorpius begging for resources is against the rules and you did it really impolitely, so maybe next time you should refrain from asking o3o

Alright I'm sorry... But it kinda got annoying after we told him the whole thing isn't ripped RTP (which is the basic tilesets that come with RMXP). And he just got on my nerves I apologized.

I HAVE AN ANOUNCEMENT: Toby will be joining me on this project, as a music composer and scripter. Toby has released a few scripts here and was part of the team who brought you Legend of Aetheria.

I say you go back to your previous logo. This one doesn't seem like it would fit too well with the game.

I like the logo he has now, except without the Japanese writing. One of my pet peeves is Japanese writing underneath people's logos. I don't see how it really serves a point, unless it had strong ties to Japan or Japanese cultures, or was translated from Japanese or something...

Yeah, this one's way too jap-fagish. Even without the japanese text.

the old one sucked ass though; i dont have mad logo skills. :\ I'll commission a new one before the final release.

This game looks great! I really like the overlays, i think it looks more natural. Great mapping and sprite editing. looking forward to playing a demo.

nothing turns me off to a game faster than shoddy mapping... and i was gonna say that ur
mapping doesn't suck, but people have already said that.  i don't mind the overlays.. but on ur first pic you do have a tree with an over/under the roof problem (doesn't look right).

otherwise the maps are clean enuf and the puzzle looks good (tho i hate puzzles).  so it'll be a question of wether or not the features and story make up for the fact that ur using rtp.  looks like a project worth completing.

Just FYI. The fire mage charset you got from pickaxe is a male. The character you called Claire.

I would TOTALLY play this game and rate it a 10 out of 10 for having such good graphics

Nice maps, maybe a bit overstuffed, and the rooms in the house are a bit pointless (ask questions, why is there a chair, where will they eat, where do they sleep?) But the mapping is still really good.
The characters and the background history is awesome, too.
Definitely a must-play when it comes out.
