notably between 0:36-1:00 will be perfect with a bass line to fill in between the kicks. 0:18~ is catchy. I gotta love 5/4 :}

its an err.. electronic piece, pretty hard.
and i can't be bothered to lengthen the climax or make the rest of the song.

tomas this is dope so far. I like the percussive melody and the gradual crescendo with the fat synth sound! the bass progression is really nice too. sounds like something I would hear in an fps or on a title screen of a game. I think the volume issue is a bit of a problem sometimes, you build up the sound and then it sounds a bit to cluttered like at 2:00- 2:15. Besides that, I think its pretty well balanced and is turning into a really dope track man!

anyway, at the moment its the same thing repeated twice, right?
it's one pattern repeated twice, and it loops.
i suggest you make the looping part three pieces long.
i say the first part you keep that way, that's a very solid base. for the second part you add in another instrument, maybe like a bass again. keep it airy and fresh though, its a very light song.

for the third part, before the loop ends, i suggest you revert to those three melodies you had at the beginning, and make them staccato, so it feels a little bit fragile, (i think i heard you talking putting this over an ice level sometime so walking on ice is feels very fragile too (not my best english but deal with it))

Alrighty, here goes. First time very composing Just downloaded Muse Score. This incredibly short (and ear hurting) track was me trying to figure out how to use it. I did learn how to read a violas clef though. To be honest I prefer to improv on a piano but seeing as my keyboards broken that won't be happening. It's incredibly choppy (was trying to figure out how to add pedal). Enjoy

I want it to be a typical electro house song, but I'm afraid my style won't let me.
I never end up with clean sounds.

Here's one I'm working on now. It's quite a contrast from my "style", but I wanted to try something darker.
I know the transitions are rough, it's still just a "demo" at this point. But I'd like some feedback.

Main focus this far has been fine-tuning the sounds themselves. The melody's suffered a bit for it, but tone is coming along nicely. Still doesn't quite round out the spectrum though :( Not sure what to do with it.
