Complete and utter garbage.

I watched "The Machine". A 2014 film with an 80s plot / soundtrack. All in all, not bad. Found it entertaining. Definitely a low budget flick, but a fairly well done one.

That's a pretty solid description. Still, liked those movies too, so.

I saw Trailer Park Boys: Don't Legalize It.

Holy fuck I haven't laughed so hard in my life! Everyone was killing themselves laughing in the theatre to the point where people could barely hear the movie.

Just watched a fantastic TV film about Tommy Cooper, starring the main bloke from Shameless. He does such a good impression and has him and his comedy down completely. Worth watching if you want to die laughing.

47 Ronin. It was a good role for Keanu Reeves because he pretty much wears a straight face in all his movies.

Oh and that tattoo guy they put in the all the movie posters was totally Bull-shit. He was only on-screen for less than a minute. I think he had one line.

Just finished watching Alice in Wonderland (The 2010 film by Tim Burton, not the original) on Netflix, first time I've ever seen it and I must say I REALLY enjoyed it!

I saw Godzilla with Star and two friends (ones a Godzilla fanboy).

I'm not sure of my opinion. D:

It was just another action film where all battles take place at night, with all the lights taken out by monsters, and slightly darkening 3d glasses. Couldn't see anything!

American hustle was kinda good... but I dunno, the ending sucked balls. The con just wasn't good enough, not like in Hustle which I assume the film was based on. It just didn't blow your mind enough and was obvious early on.

Oh, I watched a movie called "The Quiet" on Crackle.

I have NO idea why I sat through that crap. Background noise? ;_;

EDIT: I know! I though there would be some girl love undertones, or even ONE scene with girl love. NOPE.

I saw Godzilla.

Also, discarding the rest of the stuff I see on TV that are usually totally apphauling garbage.

Godzilla went back to the old style where Godzilla wasnt really the bad guy, so he had a couple other monsters to fight, which I thought was a good move. Definitely a step up from teh 1999 version.

The 3D was pointless and Bryan's short screen time weakened the human story, but everything else was great.

Though it seems as if Godzilla's fighting skills have diminished

I heard in the sequel (They're making a sequel, yay or nay, whatever, not seen the first yet...) Godzilla travels back in time and gets kung fu lessons from Bruce Lee... then he comes back to the present day, but there's giant robots fighting aliens on his turf, so he wrecks shit up and kills them all... oh yeah, did I mention Uwe Boll and Quentin Tarantino are teaming up to write the story?

Also not once did Godzilla pick up a school bus and chugg it like a can of peanuts despite there being hundreds of them on the bridge. I am disappointed to the max.

Maleficent. Fantastic film. A little bit too Disney, sure, but the way they got around the "true love's first kiss" bit in the end was brilliant, a true lampshade of the genre. They did a great job with Maleficent's character, plus the bird was a nice twist.

I'm now interested in this movie more.

It was alright, but they were definitely beating a dead horse 2/3rds of the movie

Saw Maleficent tonight too. I didn't realize until I was in the theater watching the trailers that it was rated PG. I was kinda expecting a grim-dark pg-13 movie.

I was not satisfied with the ending.

I actually really enjoyed the film and thought the way they dealt with the ending and the "twist" was a pretty cool take on the story... it's nice to do things differently.

The Hobbit part 2. It was better than the first in some ways. The CG stuff wasn't very convincing in certain places. Am I watching a movie or a video game? But the fights were choreographed beautifully. I'll have to watch it again on full volume for the full theatrical effect since I had it turned down while people were sleeping.
