So far, got a good technical prototype going with my game. Got to refine a few more mechanics and then it's time to do some art.

Well I don't post much on the forums seeing as I don't use RMXP but this Contest really motivated me to try and enter.
I'm going to try and use all 3 themes I already have a basic idea in my head, I just have two questions.

1. We can distribute this game if we'd like right?
2. Am I allowed to post it on another site? it's for the site of the engine I use.

Three weeks left.

One week for adding in the key features.

One week for playtesting.

One week for finetuning art and sound.

Yep, feels just like the last stretch of a game having to meet schedule.

. . . yeah with the fall semester winding down, I'm dropping out, maybe I'll actually finish the game apart from the contest but meeeeh.

Dropping out as well. Have been too busy and none of the team members showed any commitment, none worked at all actually. Will finish the project as a part of my site, better anyway.

That's unfortunate. Out of the 18 entries I know of so far, I count 5 1/2 canceled so far.

That's a shame. This looks like the results could be fun. Shame I just got the internet back, I don't think I'd be able to make an hour long game in only 13 days. Well not a good one anyway.

Hmm it's alright. I am not in the contest anymore anyway so you might have more luck with people already in. There are quite some nice games in development and I am sure they all would love to enjoy your music. ^^

Okay, the extension made me smile. Now I can finetune this game just the way I want to.

If I didn't have to make games for Uni I'd probably have entered :< This looked an interesting contest. It will be cool to see how everyone's projects turn out though, I'm excited about a few of them.
