Yeah, I rather have it scripted...just handling 200+ variables is a nightmare for me.

A The hearts is the health display. The only actor being used is the first actor, so this is the HP I want displayed. The hearts are icons, preferably of 3 varieties: Full, Half Full, and Empty. The default number of hearts is three, with a variable capable of changing for up to ten total; 5 on the top row, 5 on the bottom row. Each heart is equal to 50 HP, and will show the half empty icon when at 25 HP or less.
B The bar below the hearts is the magic meter. This is a single picture, 100 pixels long. The picture will erase from the right as magic is used.


The red section shows currently equipped weapons. These should be transparent windows, made from the current windowskin, which will display the appropriate equipment icon in the middle of each. These are the equipment slots to display:

A
Expand to see the code.

B
Expand to see the code.

C
Expand to see the code.


A This is for gold display. The gold icon on the right remains static, with the number of gold displayed on the left hand side of the icon. The gold display should be capable of displaying up to 9,999
B
This is just to remind the player how to access their backpack. A simple icon, with the text "Esc or X" displayed to the left of it is all I need.

All of your work looks fantastic, I am sure looking forward to my request.
Just one final note: I like parts in the script for SEs whenver possible...i.e when picking fruit, planting seed, watering, etc.

Agian, I'm looking forward! :grin:

Wow, thank you so much for the HUD PandoraShock. It turned out exactly the way I wanted it to, I'm very impressed. I did have two quick questions though:
1. Is there a way to manually refresh using a call script? (for when the player gains an extra heart, etc.)
2. Very important, I can't believe I forgot to ask when I requested...is there anyway to turn the HUD off, possibly with a switch?

Again, thank you so much. I'll make sure you get your name in the opening credits. :biggrin:

There isnt I can make it, the heart thing is ready just add more to max health and health and u have a new heart. :] IE: Max HP + 50, and Hp + 50 = new heart.

We all know Pandora has left for the week but can anyone else seem to figure out the bugs with the license boards script. Its an amazing script, I just can't seem to get the LP points to register after a battle. And I don't understand how to switch to another characters board.

Anyone else figure it out yet?

to give an enemy a certain amount of LP at line 44 you have to put in this:

ENEMIES_LP = {} <== mind here that you might have to change [] into {}
ENEMIES_LP[1] = 50 <== 1 is the id of the enemy, 50 is the amount of LP


to call the license board for a certain character use call script and put this in it: $scene = Scene_Licences.new(x) where x is the hero's id.

Pandora. You can ignore my last request. I figured that it wouldn't be right for the game I am working on. Instead I have a mock up for a "Rucksack" system.

It may look like a grid system but what I am requesting is rather different.
The potions, the red rectangles, are "fragile" as a result is it is put under a metal object, grey rectangles and squares, it would break. The same goes for fruit and vegitables, the oragne square next to the long red rectangle, would get squished. So it has to be put in top of all the other stuff. Also gravity comes into effect. If you put stuff with a space between its bottom and the next thing underneth, other objects, the bottom of the rucksack, it will fall into the most appropriate space. If it is fragile or squishable and it is placed two or more spaces above something that would break or squish it, it gets broken or squished. Also some objects react to other objects. For instance the hammer, the brown and grey object, is next to the jar of termites, the green square, the termites eat the wooden handle leaving just a hammer head. The same way the water, the blue rectangle, would make the bread, the light brown square, go mouldy. Also the potion that is between the two daggers, grey rectangles with a space, would also break due to it juttering about and hitting the daggers.

I'd like an options menu similar to the one in Final Fantasy 5 Advance, and I believe the other GBA titles of the series, but simplified. The main thing is the window colour changer, but I would prefer the other features I have in
this mockup.

An explanation of the colour changer

This script by vgvgf might help for the audio components. Oh, and I want it to be compatible with this AMS. Please tell me if this is too much.

EDIT: Thanks to my lack of common sense, I have neglected to mention the battle system. But I don't really want it anymore, so you don't have to do it unless you really want to do it, or you've already started and are almost finished, which I think is unlikely at this point.
