So um, I'm back. Not really sure if anyone remembers but I suppose that doesn't matter. I haven't actually done anything RM-related in years, but I don't know, real life's been stressful and this place has always been that hole I crawled into for a break. Starting on a project for the fun of it sounds really appealing right now as well although admittedly I have none in mind.

For now I'll probably satisfy myself with just lurking, and posting here and there and pick on people's brains. Inspiration should pop up somewhere eventually.

That thing just never took off. A series of problems that kept coming up. The project was a right old mess to begin with-- I barely had a plan for it. Still, it's something that's been nagging at me for years so at some point I do hope to get something of it finished in one form or another. Not anytime soon though. I'd like to re-learn RM for now, start up a few practice games and come up with a better plan for the project later on. I think I learned a couple of new tricks in my years away, so I'm hoping to put some of it to good use.

Yeah, that. Lost the project file and resources when my hard disk fried about three years back. All for the better I suppose, that layout looks terrible.

We tried re-drawing the characters about a year ago though, just to hype ourselves up into reviving the project:



My partner moved to Canada to enroll in Sheridan a month after and that pretty much just killed whatever momentum we had going. Haha.

Would it be mean to say I don't remember? Haha, sorry. I did used to play a lot of fighters before but yeah no current-gen consoles on me so I've been generally out of the loop. I'm pining to play MvC3, and I'm hoping to score a 3DS for SFIV and DOA, just that Nintendo is scaring me with all the stuff that's been happening as of late.
