I'VE BOUGHT ANOTHER TWO GAMES WHAT THE FUCK GUYS WHY DID I DO IT?!

I got L.A. Noire and Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean for £15 each, pretty great deal to be honest, but damn I buy too many games! D:

James Vega was an all-around lame addition. He would have better served as just another non-party crewmate.

If I'm playing a game with cool aliens and the plot involves getting chummy with the lot of them, why in the blue fuck would I want more humans in my party.

Jack was sort of interesting since she looked different and all, and a lot of people seemed to like Ashley, but in any case, I would have MUCH preferred to replace ANY or ALL of the human squadmates with krogan or turians or asari or salarians or batarians or vorcha or drell or yahg or ... hell, i would have creamed myself laughing over having a hanar or elcor or volus

And EDI was kind of a lame replacement for Legion IMO
Wasn't unwelcome, but I liked Legion more :<

The universe has like 1.2 fuckbillion different sentient species, all of whom i am forced to get chummy with, and all of whom have been space-faring longer than humans, and yet most of my party is human.
so lame

I wanted a yagh or a Hanar (or even a volus), but especially the yagh ever since I've seen the shadow Broker.

Well at least we still have Garrus as a Alien, that way I can still maintain an Alien party (Garrus and Javik)

I liked White Knight Chronicles 2, although you enjoy it a lot better if you play the first game off the disc, and let it continue onto the second as if it's one long game, that's how I did it, replayed the first game, since it was almost 2 years since I'd played it, lol.

Right now I'm playing Lego Pirates, it's REALLY fun, the game itself is pretty short, but if you're going for the platinum (I am) then it'll take around 20 hours, I'm at 52% complete (Getting all the collectibles and such) and I've played for 11 hours... still have to play through all the levels again though since I need to find more stuff...

Decided to pick up FFXIII-2. I'm really liking the changes to the battle system, particularly the removal of a game over if your leader dies (THANK GOD) and the addition of monster taming. It's also nice seeing how Hope seems to be less of a whiny little bitch man now.

but the lack of vanille makes me legit die a little inside.

Got Dragon Age 2 for only $7. Damn, was it that bad?
I've been doing random side-quests for 5 hours now. Every area has at least 2 or 3 unrelated quest markers and I end up doing them all at the same time.

Just wait until either around the time of the 2nd chapter, or just after it. You'll know why everyone thumbs their noses at it. Mostly by the "omg what I was just here" and the over-encompassing lack of want to do anything the game says.

Battlefield finally got it's 360 patch yesterday and I'm so relieved. A lot of the guns got tweaks I really like, and they fixed the godforsaken fall damage problems. I still wish they would just do the right thing and remove heat seekers from jets though. Realism be damned, those things are the scrub-est things to use. Well, besides the USAS w/ Frags.

They fixed the USAS w/ Frags thing too. It's no longer as strong as it used to be. Sadly they didn't fix the range on it.. so it's still a sub-machine gun with frag rounds.

I've been playing a few games at once:

Saints Row The Third
It's fun... really fun, but something seems off about it and I'm not sure what, it just feels too... different to the other games... meh, it's still really fun running around the streets with nothing but a gimp mask and high heels though, dropkicking people and battering them with a huge purple dildo bat!

SSX
I've only been doing global challenges so far, haven't progressed in the singleplayer at all, but this game is pretty amazing, it's not quite Tricky, it doesn't have the same charm (Even if it DOES have a Tricky bar, and a remix of "It's Tricky" on the soundtrack... and some of the signature moves are pretty cool) but still... it's great!

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
I was always interested in this game, and FINALLY bought it, and I've got to say, it's really REALLY great! It felt a little linear for an open world game, and the map doesn't really help that claim either, but once you get into it, it's really enjoyable, especially the combat, it just works so well! I'm not too far into the main story, I've been doing side quests, but so far it's the bog standard "You're the chosen one!" WRPG affair... nothing special so far, but meh, I do like some of the characters I've encountered, so yeah...

I'm playing as a rogue at the moment, primary weapon dual daggers, and secondary bow, they've both got flame enchants too, which stacks with poisons too, so I deal out some nice damage, especially with Arrow Storm doing fire AND poison damage. Eventually I'm going to respec and try out swords and/or hammers too I think, don't think I'll be going magic though... but we'll see, lol.

Played the demo, game felt really unplayable for me because of the lack of a jump button.
Never thought a single complaint as that could ruin such an anticipated game.

I never bothered with the demo lol, and I didn't even know there wasn't a jump button lol, but when I found that out, I was a little heart broken, since such a single thing such as a jump button can make games play so much better... however, I'm not really bothered now, you sort of get used to it, and there's still some places you can jump from (There's markers where you just press X and your character will jump down/across), lol...

the lack of a jump button is the reason why the oringal killzone failed. D: love it still though. BTW IM SOOOO close to my 7th platium! Ridge Racer :D just need like 8k more credits, do 30 more time trails and like about 50 laps in lap attack left

I'm also really close to a couple of plats, but I can't find the time to get 'em (Heavy Rain, Dark Souls, Skyrim, RE are only hours away of the plat).

Also, you should buy the game regardless, sure it doesn't have a jump button, but it's still a really great game, you'll really enjoy it!

I played trough the demo (for the ME3 armour and weapon) and I can't say I actually enjoyed it. I was REALLY looking forward to it but the demo buried my hopes in a few minutes.

Yeah Reckoning was a pretty big dissapointment.
It was still a fun game but it didin't even come close to the game it was supposed to be.
The "open world" is a joke, as is the story imo.
The only thing I really enjoyed was the combat system, it's really cool. (Though the bosses are easy as hell when you simply save up your fate energy and kick his/her/it's ass in Reckoning Mode.)

dungeons of dredmor. If only I stopped being risky and stupid I would last so much longer. That said, this rogue game is goddamn fun, as long as you get to level 2/3 before dying. Being a warrior dual weilding sneak ridiculously awesome.
