Played Diablo 3 this afternoon, made it to the skeleton king.
I would've liked to continue now but the servers are currently being raped. :)

Star Ocean 3 on emulator....voice acting sucks, I think you can turn it off though.

So I was finally about to start Disgaea 4 after having it forever without it being opened, and it's like "Hey you can't play the game yet, you have to do this patch!" so I'm like okay sure it can't be too big, right?

... I have 2mb internet

... I download at around 250kb/s

... This is going to take FOREVER!

So I've left it downloading while I flick over to my PC, and I was like yeah I'll finally play Diablo III.

5 minutes into the game, BOOM! Disconnect... I was like oh it's just to do with their servers maybe, since it's close to release like...

Nope. It was my internet... Disgaea 4 was 20% done after like an hour, but it stopped because of the internet dying, when I started it up again... it starts at 0%

fml.

And now Diablo III is being gay and giving me some error (It was like Error 3... something, I just saw a 3), apparently a lot of other people are having it too...

you DONT NEED the patch to play it. just play without it. ju7st have to be offline

It's sort of like the Demon's Souls/Dark Souls online apparently, people can invade you and vice versa, besides, you can make your own levels too, I want to try peoples levels out... if you can even do that, lol. I know there's SOMETHING about making your own level, I hope you can share 'em, I want to see 3D block penises filled with enemies!

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, normal is easy as fuck!
I don't want to play through the entire game before I can make it harder for myself.

It's still fun as hell though.

yeah the game is supposed to get harder when you have more people but i feel like it is always just so very easy

im a barbarian with a frenzy-oriented spec right now and i fucking destroy everything before i can even get my frenzy fully going D:
not even counting the shaman and wizard i party with ... even bosses go down before they can finish a sentence of gloating about how they're going to destroy us

Yeah the difficulty doesn't really increase much with more players.
I was hoping for that increased difficulty over time, it was supposed to become at least challenging once you got to act 2 according to what I've read.
I'm in act 3 now and I will admit that the enemies are beginning to hit a bit harder, but my friend and I still usually tear right through them.

Diablo III
just started cause i figured there was going to be server issues and i waited x:
decided to go with a shaman
right now everything is too easy~
also im getting lag in some areas but im figuring that it is the server and im pretty sure its peak time
when i play tonight ill see if its me or the game

I'm in act IV of Diablo now, and the enemies are still incredibly easy to beat :(
Ah well, at least I'm almost able to play on Nightmare mode.

Thats amazing. In Diablo 2 I'd play all afternoon and only go up a few levels. Took me months to finish Act I for the first time. But this was before I had internet at home and I was Soloing as a Paladin which is apparently one of the harder classes to play as.


I'm canceling my FF11 subscription at the end of the month. I hate this game so much. Everything is designed to keep you playing as long as possible and some of the missions are impossible to finish without using a guide. I spent 2 days looking for a runaway chocobo, turns out I was suppose to target invisible chocobo tracks to trigger a cutscene. You'd never know it was there without looking at a guide.
Also my inbox has been getting tons of spam since I signed up. Pretty sure they sold my personal information to ad companies.

Is it true the maps regenerate everytime you log into Diablo III? Even the solo campaign? Maybe that explains why the monsters are so easy to kill. Designed for people who only play for a few hours at a time, so its not a pain to re-explore everything.

Yeah, the maps do regen like that. I had never really considered that that was a reason behind its easiness.
But then they still should let people switch to the difficulty they want to, when they want to >:|

i just beat the skeleton king and now am in the forest/bog area
everything has been relatively easy thus far
the only thing i am wondering about is merchants because right now the ones that are there now sell not very good stuff~
The shaman so far has been interesting. Ive stuck with darts and fire bats for a while~

Yeah don't expect too much from the merchants, they mostly sell junk apart from the one rare item every now and then.
If you're looking to buy gear you're much better off buying from the auction house, I've bought most of my gear there for around 8000 gold a piece.
The downside is that that gear makes me even more overpowered. :p

While everyone is playing D3, I'm playing Torchlight 2 in its beta and

this is p fun. Playing as embermage, and just played the last two hours. Nice.
I do admit veteren's p easy on embermage. Sit back, spam skills, don't let them get close (and if they do, your weapon deals a p amazing bit of damage). Would probably play.... nightmare? highest difficulty after this. Which is a shame cause it feels like there needs to be another difficulty level or two.

Cole has been confirmed for Playstation Allstars by Eric Landin himself, and he says Drake and Snake (Lol) will be in it, he even named the voice actors... (Nolan North and David Hayter respectively)

Meh, it never released over here, this is the first time we've seen it in the EU, and yeah I'm getting Disgaea 3 for the Vita just for the extra content, lol

i got it for the vita cause it has the dlc on it.... and i dont want to pay for it on ps3 lol. plus i need more vita games... i only has 7

You can download a save game that has all the dlc on it, then just start a new game and you'll have it all for free lol
